History

CEST was created because all around us the rate of infections, (very high already) as well as diseases, is still increasing. Moreover, many children are unable to attend classes, and the number of those who did not manage to reach schools is also increasing.

So sad reality obliged a particular group to take action. The association precursors are convinced that:

• Misery is overwhelming mainly due to ignorance, epidemics and disabilities
• Misery, that hurts the victim, affects also the whole humankind
• We are all to die if we take the egoistic approach
• Charity is not only "a floral motive of human life but it's power"
• Knowledge has become the main wealth , the basis of progress
• Only the intelligent and gathered people can join their talents and generosity in this rightful issue
